Sandra Claudia has experience in quality management and customer account management. More recently, she successfully sold a prestigious single-tenant private bank site and the Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) headquarters in Geneva through a sale and leaseback transaction. She coordinated the sale and lease back transaction of the Lombard Odier portfolio as well as the Hewlett Packard site, both in Geneva. She is the key account manager for German speaking clients and investors.
